 Stamp-n-Craft stamps are made from original artwork and “used with permission” art work from other sources. Therefore, all stamp-n-craft stamps are to be used for personal and non-commercial use. You may use our stamps to create- hand stamped- for sale-creations. However no mass production by mechanical measures are allowed. Hand stamped creations can be sold at craft fairs, boutiques, fundraising events and local events. However, cards my not be sold in retail locations or over the Internet.  The following notice must appear on hand-stamped artwork created for resale: "Stamps Created by- www.stampncraft.com"." This stamp can be purchased on our web-site. Additionally, photocopying, scanning or any other methods of printing cannot copy images. Furthermore, no images can be used in electronic form (i.e.: over the internet or for creating logos or trademarks). By using our stamps to create for-sale artwork you are agreeing to follow the angel policy and will indemnify Stamp-n-Craft or its artists in regards to any lawsuits or disputes that may occur regarding your creations. By using our stamps on for-sale -creations you as the artist are responsible for your artwork. Stamp-n-Craft reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Stamp-n-Craft reserves the right to cancel or deny the use of this policy on an individual basis.

Stamp-n-Craft stamps are made from quality red rubber. The rubber is aproximatley 1/8" thick. The relief part of our stamp (the part that you ink and stamp your image) is aprox. 3mm thick.

Stamp-n-Craft Exchange/ Return/ Refund* Policy

Stamp-n-Craft wants every customer to be happy with the products they purchase from us. Our products are manufactured with a great deal of pride and honor, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on our website, we will gladly provide a merchandise exchange (No Refunds) provided that you return the new, un-opened, un-used merchandise to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. Merchandise should be inspected upon receipt so that any exchanges can be completed within the 30-day period.

Please include the following for an exchange,

send:

·        the original merchandise purchased

·       a copy of the original invoice that you received with your merchandise

·       A short note telling us why you are returning the product to us at the address listed below and what stamp(s) you want for the exchange. (Exchanged stamps must be of the same size or cost as the returned stamps.)

Carefully package your returns. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition or we will be unable to accept the return. Send the return package to us using a traceable shipping method with the shipping carrier most convenient for you. Stamp-n-Craft will do everything we can to process your exchange as quickly as possible. Once we receive your package, we will e-mail you receipt of your return. We will again notify you when your exchange has been mailed out. * Stamp-n-Craft reserves the right to issue a refund due to defects or on discontinued products. Refunds will be made at Stamp-n-Crafts discretion for the actual stamp costs or products and will not include paided shipping charges.

Actual sizes of stamps may differ slightly from sizes on the web-site, and this difference in size does not constitute a stamp defect. All stamps sizes listed on our Web-site  are approximate sizes only. We always make the stamps to the maximum size for the acrylic blocks, they are designed to fit. Depending on the stamp, they may not always be the exact dimensions of the block (in both height and length) or the image would not be proportional. Your results may vary from images shown due to different techniques and experience in stamping- this does not constitue a defect in manufacturing. We use only quality rubber to make our stamps. Slight variations of color in the rubber will not effect the stamps performance and does not constitute a defect in manufacturing.
